Sheriff Shane Jones is asking for assistance from the public in identifying a female found Saturday outside of Russellville.  The state crime lab has ruled the death a homicide. 

The female victim, Jane Doe, is estimated to be between 20 and 25 years of age, Caucasian, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 104 pounds and has curly auburn hair.  She has the word “Angel” tattooed on the right side of her neck and a picture of a scorpion tattooed on her lower back.  Just above the left breast area is a tattoo with the phrase “Miracle Baby Ayden.”  Jane Doe also has a scar on her back that would indicate some type of spinal surgery in the past.
